Place candle on cake or flat surface with room for petals to open. Keep flammable materials at least 3 ft away from candle.

Light the RED CENTER WICK from the side using a lighter or long match. Do not light individual candle wicks.

Will I get it in time for my party?

Orders ship in one business day from South Carolina via ground shipping. Please allow a total of 6 days for Western states, 5 days for central and north eastern states and 4 days in the south east.

Will the wax drip on the cake?

No. As the candles burn, any drips are caught by the flower petals.

What colors are in the mixed pack?

The Mix 3-Pack is usually Rainbow, Pink & Blue. The Mix 6-Pack is 3 Rainbow plus Pink, Blue & Red. Colors may vary based on inventory.

What if my candle doesn't work?

The Awesome Blossom is the most reliable candle of its type that we've found. We test each batch at the factory and visually check each candle before shipping. With that said, a very small percentage may be defective or damaged during shipping.

If your candle is defective in any way, please email suppor@ovationnovelties.com to let us know and we will process a full refund.

If the song is faint or doesn't play, your guests may need to sing Happy Birthday the old-fashioned way. If the center wick is broken do not use.

How do I stop the music?

After the candles have been blown out, to stop the music just pry off the candle top lid and pull out the small speaker. Bend back the metal tab that connects the battery circuit. If you skip this step, your candle will be whistling "Happy Birthday" in your trash bag until it reaches the dump truck.

Is it reusable?

No. The candle is designed for one time use. Please recycle package. The plastic flower parts may be recycled according to local rules. Please discard electronic components safely. Keep away from small children.

Is it safe?

Yes, when used properly, the Awesome Blossom is both entertaining and safe to use. The Awesome Blossom does have a sparkle effect for the center candle plus 14 candles and moving parts so please read all instructions on the package for safe use.
