It's a very clever candle but no one could hear the “ Happy Birthday” music on two of the candles.

The birthday party was a big success because everyone LOVED THESE CANDLES!!!

When we lit the center as directed, the other candles lit and opened so hard that one lit candle flew out of the petal. We had to quickly find it before it started a fire. The music did not work. Bought a set of six and tried two of them and the same thing happened. The candle could have flown into a child's hair or even worse. Flying fire and no music. Do not recommend.

These are a great party candle. Everyone loves them. Long lasting fun for everyone at the party.

I've bought these candles before and really liked them but this purchase had a flaw. One candle had a severed main wick so it couldn't work at all. The other two look okay for now.

Purchased for my Mother's 96th birthday and everyone loved itBest Cand. They loved the candles so much that someone swiped the remaining candles. Downside is that it's not reusable and the music would not stop playing after the candles were blown out. Didn't care for the colors of the candles. Overall it's a good buy and would recommend and purchase again.

Did what it should %26 is a fun surprise for the unknowing. However one only faintly hears the song although it's there. What's weird is it does not stop playing that way for hours. The sensitive of hearing wrapped it in 2 plastic bags %26 put it in a drawer…they could still hear it. It had to be put out on the enclosed porch with the door closed. That thing was a hoot!

My granddaughter was delighted with it. Music a little quiet, and it keeps playing with no shut off switch. I would get again.

Bit hit at birthday party. So much better than just your average candles. Everyone loved; especially the birthday person. You'll love the effect also. Do t hesitate to buy and try!

I lighted 2 toppers, one after the other, for my brother-in-law(72y/o) and for my sis-in-law(67 y/o) in a small all-adult birthday lunch at a restaurant and….boom! It perked up everyone in our table especially the 2 celebrators. And it also caught the keen attention of other people in the restaurant. Some rubbernecked to take a quick look and soon after the second topper was lighted some came up to me asking where I got the magical thing from (and of course, I gave them the information). It was actually the very first time I ever tried this uncustomary way to do cake blowing and the outcome was awesome. Once lighted, a mini fireworks is launched at the center of the lotus flower that spreads its petals with the automatic lighting of the small musical candles that go spinning as birthday music plays continuously. Except that the music volume was not strong enough against the wide space, this novelty item was altogether mesmerizing. It really made our small celebration a big fun and memorable. I plan to continue doing this at every birthday occasion around the family and close friends.

It was nice and worked well. I only wish the candles were a little longer and it could be used more than once, especially for the price.

A few years ago, my I saw someone with one of these and knew I had to get one for my kiddos birthday. Make sure no isn't hovering over the candle, as it does open up and then spins. It also sings happy birthday. So fun and cute for kids and adults, honestly. Warning, it does not stop singing!! It will continue on unless it's taken apart and pieces are separated. It's not reusable. I have another waiting for my other kiddos bday. So I definitely recommend
